T&Cs

**Free repair collection service is applicable to all customers located in the Canada, Luxemburg and Belgium only. The part will be collected using our preferred courier on a standard delivery service (express delivery is available at an extra cost). Weight limit of 20Kg maximum for free collection. If the customer decides not to proceed with the order, Lektronix will return the part at the customer's expense. Standard repair time is 5-15 working days (excluding shipping time), subject to product faults. Emergency repairs are available at a supplement of 20% of the repair cost. Fully functional testing is subject to part supplied and test rig availability. Customer accounts are available subject to meeting the company criteria.
